The terms that govern your use of Mosaic Labs

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Mosaic Labs (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Mosaic Labs is a research and financial-modelling tool. It produces market-implied expectations, valuations and scenario analysis for publicly traded companies. The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Any investment decision you make is your own.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, scrape it at scale, or resell its output without authorisation. You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Data and third-party sources

The Service relies on third-party market and filings data. While we aim for accuracy, we do not warrant that any data, model or output is complete, current or error-free. Models are estimates based on assumptions you and the Service select.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and its design are owned by Mosaic Labs. Models and notes you create remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mosaic Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any investment losses arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
